What information should I include in my enquiry?
The four things that let us reply with something useful: where you are moving from (area and floor), where you are moving to, an approximate date, and the size of the home or office. If you already know about awkward items — a piano, a large aquarium, a treadmill, a five-door wardrobe — mention them.

How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to acknowledge every enquiry the same working day and to send a written estimate within one working day of the survey. If your move is urgent, call or WhatsApp rather than emailing — that reaches a person faster than a form does.

Is the survey really free, and does it commit me to anything?
Yes and no, in that order. The pre-move survey costs nothing and does not commit you to booking. It exists so that the number in your estimate is the number you pay, which is only possible if somebody has actually seen what is being moved.

Can I get a quote without a survey?
We can give you an indicative range over the phone from the property size and route. It is a range, not a quote, and we will say so. For a fixed written estimate we need either a home visit or a video walkthrough — twenty minutes on a video call is usually enough for a flat.
