What we do

Relocation is a sequence of unglamorous tasks done in the right order: survey the home, quote it honestly, pack it properly, load it so nothing shifts, drive it, and hand back the same list of goods that went onto the truck. We do those tasks. We do not sell a package that hides what is included, and we do not quote a number before we know what we are moving.

Our work splits into three broad areas:

• Household relocation — house shifting from a 1 BHK to a villa, including packing, dismantling, loading, transport, unloading and reassembly.
• Commercial relocation — office moves planned around a cutover window, covering workstations, IT equipment, records and pantry fit-out.
• Vehicle transportation — cars on carriers and bikes wrapped and braced, moved separately from household goods.

Alongside these we run packing, loading and unloading, storage and warehousing as standalone services, because plenty of customers need only one part of a move.

How we operate in each city

The three cities we serve do not move the same way, and the crews work to different constraints in each.

In Jodhpur the recurring problem is access. Large parts of the old city and the older colonies were never built for a 19-foot truck, so a move often needs a smaller shuttle vehicle running between the house and a truck parked at the nearest wide road. Add summer temperatures that make afternoon loading unsafe for the crew and bad for polish and electronics, and the schedule frequently starts before sunrise.

In Noida the constraint is paperwork and lifts. High-rise societies require move-in and move-out permission from the RWA or maintenance office, a gate pass for the vehicle, a service-lift booking, and often a no-dues clearance. A move that is not cleared with the society by the previous evening does not start on time, whatever the crew does.

In Visakhapatnam the constraint is climate and terrain. Coastal humidity and salt-laden air will find their way into anything packed carelessly, so moisture-barrier wrapping matters more here than inland. The hill approaches around Madhurawada and Rushikonda restrict what size vehicle can get to a gate, and the monsoon and cyclone months change how loading is scheduled.

What we will not claim

A lot of moving-company marketing is written by people who have never carried a wardrobe down four flights. We would rather be specific about our limits:

• We do not describe goods as “fully insured”. Goods-in-transit cover is a separate, optional product issued against a declared value, and we will explain its exclusions before you buy it.
• We do not promise same-day intercity delivery on routes where it is not physically possible. Transit times are given as ranges because checkposts, weather and traffic are real.
• We do not give a firm price without a survey. Anyone who does is either padding the quote or planning to revise it once the truck is loaded.
• We do not publish awards, certifications or customer counts we cannot evidence. Where a figure belongs on this site, it is a figure the business can substantiate.

Our standards on a job

• A named coordinator. One person owns your move end to end, so you are not re-explaining your inventory to whoever answers the phone.
• An itemised inventory. Everything that goes on the truck is listed, and the same list is checked as goods come off.
• Labelled cartons. Boxes are marked with the room and the contents, so unpacking is not a treasure hunt.
• Fittings kept with their furniture. Bolts and fittings go into labelled bags taped to the piece they came off.
• Damage recorded at handover. Anything that arrives damaged is noted at delivery, in writing, while the crew is still there.
