Cities we serve
Each city has its own crew, its own vehicles and its own quirks — narrow lanes in one, society gate passes in another, coastal humidity in the third. The city pages go into that detail.
-
Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Sardarpura · Ratanada · Paota · Pal Road · Shastri Nagar · Chopasni · Basni · Mandore · Pratap Nagar
Old-city lanes that a 19-foot truck cannot enter, heavy stone furniture, and summer heat that forces early-morning loading.
-
Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Sector 18 · Sector 62 · Sector 63 · Sector 75 · Sector 76 · Sector 137 · Sector 150 · Greater Noida · Noida Extension
High-rise societies with gate passes, service-lift bookings and move-out timing rules that decide when your crew can actually start.
-
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
MVP Colony · Seethammadhara · Madhurawada · Dwaraka Nagar · Gajuwaka · Akkayyapalem · NAD · Kurmannapalem
Salt air and monsoon humidity that need moisture-barrier packing, plus steep hill approaches around Madhurawada and Rushikonda.

A written estimate before you commit
You get the scope, the vehicle size and the charges in writing after a survey. If something changes on moving day, we tell you what it costs before we do it.
-
The same team from packing to unpacking
The crew that packs your home is the crew that unloads it. Nothing is handed off to an unknown local contractor at the destination without telling you first.
-
Transit protection you choose
Goods-in-transit cover is optional and priced separately. We explain what is covered, what is excluded and what documentation a claim needs before you decide.
-
One point of contact
A single coordinator owns your move end to end, so you are not repeating your address and inventory to a different person each time you call.
How it works, from enquiry to handover
Six steps. You know what happens next at every one of them.
-
Tell us what you are moving
A phone call, a WhatsApp message or the quote form. We need the origin, the destination, a rough date and the size of the home or office.
-
Pre-move survey
A surveyor walks the property, or you walk us through it on a video call. This is where the real inventory, the floor level, the lift size and the parking access get recorded.
-
Written estimate
You get the scope in writing: vehicle size, crew size, packing material, what is included and what is not. Questions get answered before you book, not after.
-
Booking and date lock
The date is confirmed and the crew is assigned. If your building needs a gate pass or a lift booking, this is when we tell you what to arrange.
-
Packing and loading
Packing is done room by room and boxes are labelled by room and content. Loading follows an order that puts the heavy, stable items in first.
-
Delivery and unpacking
Goods are checked against the inventory as they come off the truck, furniture is reassembled, and the boxes you want opened are unpacked before the crew leaves.
What actually happens on moving day
The survey decides the price. The moving day decides whether the move goes well. Here is the sequence a trained crew follows, and why the order matters.
Fragile and breakable first. Crockery, glass, mirrors and decorative pieces are packed at the start of the day, while the crew is fresh and the house is still calm. Each piece is individually wrapped, and cartons are filled so nothing can shift inside.
Appliances next. Refrigerators need to stand upright and be defrosted the night before. Washing machines need the drum secured. Televisions travel in corner-protected cartons and never flat.
Furniture is dismantled, not forced. Bed frames, dining tables, wardrobes and modular units come apart. Fittings go into labelled bags that are taped to the piece they belong to — the single most common reason a reassembly goes wrong is a missing bag of bolts.
Loading is a stacking problem. Heavy, square and stable goes to the floor of the truck. Soft goods fill voids. Fragile cartons ride on top and never carry weight. Everything is strapped so the load cannot move on the first sharp turn.
Unloading is the inventory check. Boxes come off against the list, go to the room written on the label, and furniture is reassembled before the crew leaves. Damage, if any, is recorded at that moment rather than discovered a week later.
Prefer to see it before you book?
Ask for a pre-move survey. It costs nothing, it takes about twenty minutes, and it is the only way to get an estimate that does not move on the day.
What decides the cost of your move
We do not publish fixed prices, because a fixed price for an unseen home is either padded or about to be revised. These are the factors that actually move the number.
- Distance — a cross-town move and a cross-country move are different products, not different sizes of the same one.
- Volume — intercity pricing follows the space your goods occupy in the truck, not their weight.
- Number and type of items — a piano, a treadmill or a five-door wardrobe changes crew size and handling time.
- Floor level and lift availability — a fourth floor with no service lift can add hours of carrying.
- Packing scope — full packing, partial packing or fragile-only changes both labour and material.
- Vehicle type — a tempo, a 17-foot truck or a container each carry a different volume and cost.
- Moving date — month-end, weekends and festival weeks are peak demand for every mover in the city.
- Special handling — crating, hoisting through a window or a shuttle vehicle for a narrow lane are priced as extras.
- Insurance — transit cover is optional, priced on declared value, and never bundled in silently.

Packers and movers: common questions
The questions we are asked most often, answered plainly. City-specific answers are on each location page.
-
How much do packers and movers cost?
There is no single rate, because a move is priced on volume, distance and access. A 1 BHK local move inside one city is a fraction of a 3 BHK move across states. The honest answer is that a mover who quotes a price without knowing what you own, which floor you live on and whether a truck can reach your gate is guessing.
We survey first — in person or over a video call — and then send a written estimate. Read the moving cost guide for the full list of factors that move the number up or down.
-
How are moving charges calculated?
Local moves are usually priced as a package: crew hours, vehicle size, packing material and the number of flights of stairs. Intercity moves are priced on the volume your goods occupy in the truck and the distance between the two cities, plus tolls and state permits where they apply.
Packing material is the line item people forget. Cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film and corrugated sheets are consumed on your move, so they are charged on what is actually used.
-
How early should I book movers?
Two weeks ahead is comfortable for a local move and three to four weeks for an intercity move. Month-end, weekends and the days around major festivals are the busiest, and a good crew is committed early.
If you are moving at short notice, call us anyway — availability changes daily and we would rather tell you honestly that we cannot do a date than take a booking we cannot staff.
-
Do packers and movers provide packing materials?
Yes. We bring double-walled cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated rolls, tape and furniture blankets on the packing day. You do not need to buy anything in advance.
If you prefer to pack your own clothes and books to save on labour, tell us at survey stage and we will price a partial packing scope where we handle only the fragile items, appliances and furniture.
-
Do you provide door-to-door moving?
Yes. The standard scope runs from your current door to your new one: packing at origin, loading, transport, unloading, and unpacking of the boxes you want opened. Furniture that we dismantle is reassembled at the destination.
-
Can I book packing and moving separately?
You can. Some customers pack everything themselves and only need the vehicle, the loading crew and the transport. Others want packing only, because they are storing goods rather than moving them. Both are quoted separately, so you pay for the part you actually use.
One caution: if you pack your own boxes, transit protection generally covers external damage to the shipment rather than breakage inside a carton the mover did not pack. We will explain exactly where that line sits before you decide.
-
How long does relocation take?
Packing a 2 BHK takes roughly half a day; a 3 BHK or a villa can take a full day. Loading adds two to four hours depending on floor access and whether the truck can park near the entrance.
Transit time depends on the route. A local move finishes the same day. Intercity transit is typically two to three days for a 500–800 km corridor and four to seven days for the long north-to-south routes, because a dedicated truck still has to obey driving-hour and checkpoint realities.
-
Do you provide vehicle transportation?
Yes — both car transportation and bike transportation. Cars travel on a carrier rather than being driven, so no kilometres are added to the odometer. Bikes are drained of fuel, wrapped and braced before loading.
Vehicle transport is quoted separately from household goods, because the two often travel on different vehicles and arrive on different days.
-
Do you provide storage services?
Yes. Short and long-term storage is available when your new home is not ready, a lease gap opens up, or an office fit-out is running late. Goods are inventoried before they go into storage and the same list is checked when they come out.
-
Are my goods insured during the move?
Goods-in-transit cover is available and is priced separately — it is not automatically included, and any mover who says everything is "fully insured" without asking you to declare a value is not describing a real policy.
Cover is issued against a declared value of the consignment. We will walk you through what is covered, the standard exclusions and the documentation a claim needs before you decide whether to take it.
